Executive Chef required for this stunning, busy restaurant in US. • Executive Chef • Package of up to $60,000 per annum • British/European Cuisine • All day dining • High volume • Central NJ The Rasoi, which is located in a superb US location, is seeking the talents of a Executive Chef to oversee its operation. This establishment serves fine British/ European/American cuisine with a strong focus on using sustainable, locally sourced produce. There are also corporate and private events hosted at the venue. You must have experience within a high standard fine dining environment as well as working with large volumes. Run in partnership by well-established restaurateurs, the company has already acquired another site which will see a great opportunity for you to move into a Group Chef role. As Executive Chef, you will be responsible for creating the menus which will be seasonal, as well as daily specials. You will also be responsible for training and developing the kitchen brigade and reviewing their performance, maintaining the hygiene and safety standards in the kitchen and all the admin work for the kitchen. A great package of up to $65,000 per annum plus annual bonuses is available for the right Head Chef.
