Job Description

Technical support representatives answer incoming phone calls and troubleshoot customer tech problems with computer software and hardware. Call centers hire technical support representatives to work full- and part-time hours during flexible shifts that may include evenings and weekends. Technical support representatives work in team environments and primarily report to the technical department supervisor or shift manager. Travel is not required for this job, as technical support representatives, also known as tech support representatives, work completely within the call center.
