Job Description

The Banking Center Manager builds a team and manages both the sales and service functions of the banking center ensuring that the staff provides professional service that assists customer in achieving their financial goals.  This role also establishes a personal outside calling program and executes the needs assessment process for new business.  The manager will have individual responsibility and will develop staff to deliver a wide variety of deposit and loan products in order to develop and cultivate long-term business and consumer relationships to ensure banking center growth, profitability, and customer retention.  This role also develops and coaches staff members to consistently deliver the JP Morgan customer experience.
